Lake Garden, The Botanical Garden in Kuala Lumpur

Lake Gardens is located in the middle of the city, but despite the central location many people have not been to this beautiful park. Many who work in the area are not even aware of their existence, which is a shame!

The gardens of the lake cover 91.6 hectares, including parks and gardens. Founded in 1888, the site was built around an artificial lake and many runners and families are walking, jogging or just catching their breath. The park has a landscape of 15,000 plants to create a tropical forest environment for butterflies. If you are attending a large party, Butterfly Park may be easier to keep in your pocket, because entrance fees are less than the RM18 bird park for adults and RM8 for children.
